Roy is a founder of Aeropower and was CEO from 1993 until 2016, when he took on his current role as Executive Chairman. As an experienced pilot, aircraft maintenance engineer and a pioneer in the use of helicopters in Australia to support the electricity industry, Roy shares his experience and knowledge providing guidance to Aeropower’s executive leadership team as well as leading Aeropower international business development.

As CEO, Darryn is responsible for Aeropower’s business strategy, financial performance and legal and regulatory compliance. An experienced executive, Darryn has more than 25 years of experience in leadership positions within the aviation, transport, resources and training industries.

Adam is responsible for Aeropower’s aircraft maintenance, quality, fixed base charter and flight school departments and the business’ commercial and sales & marketing initiatives. Adam is a qualified aircraft maintenance engineer but for the past decade has held whole-of-business focussed executive roles in service-based enterprises across a range of industries in the greater Asian region.

Mark is responsible for Aeropower’s aviation operations and is a CASA approved Chief Pilot. Mark has over 11,000 hours total time and over 8,000 hours in specialist powerline operations. Prior to joining Aeropower Mark was Chief Pilot for the African continent’s largest electrical generation and transmission company.
